State and County Validation

MAKE SURE TO ORDER THE TAG/ UPDATE YOUR AG TEACHER-SUPERVISOR BEFORE YOU BUY AN ANIMAL! TAG ORDERS AND ENTRIES OF MAJORS ARE DONE ONLY BY AG TEACHERS.

FALL/STATE FAIR ANIMALS VALIDATIONS- Tag Orders By: Done for 2023 shows- Meet at MCFA fairgrounds

SPRING MAJOR SHOWS VALIDATIONS-
Heifers who are validated do not get validated again. Steers are only validated once in June unless showing at MCFA.

COUNTY SHOW-TBD

You must have indemnity forms signed before we can pick up the packet, and drug forms signed with a notary before you can enter. County entries are done by the individuals, not the AG teacher unless they are in the Ag Mechanics competition. 

All validation is at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds. Students and parents must be present to validate, Per MC. For major shows, your Ag Science Teacher has to be there too. A parent waiver can be completed if parents cannot attend.
